My doula services include:

• Continuous email support from the signing of the contract through 2 weeks postpartum
• On call service from 2 weeks before EDD through birth
• Prenatal visit
• Assistance in preparing list of birth wishes
• Continuous support throughout labor and birth
• Will take photos during labor and birth (if possible) and in the immediate postpartum period
• Postpartum visit
• Referrals to other resources as needed

I am available to meet with prospective clients for a consultation. This consult is free of charge and you are under no obligation to sign a contract for my services. This is basically just a "meet and greet" time so we can get to know each other a little and to see if we "fit" with each other. Typically, this is done at a local Panera or Starbucks, is very informal, and is usually about an hour long. Please contact me to set up a time for a consult. I look forward to meeting you!
