Understanding Your Baby

Newborns have a special language all their own. Their behavior communicates their needs to their parents. In the HUG Your Baby class, you will learn strategies and techniques to help identify and solve possible challenges, by learning how to:

• Calm your baby
• Help your baby sleep well
• Help your baby eat well
• Play with your baby
• Bond with your baby

Learn to recognize and respond to special cues that your baby gives. Increase your confidence as a parent and help promote parent-child attachment with the simple yet effective techniques of the HUG.

This class is for both first time and veteran parents, and can be done during pregnancy or after birth.
